Abstract
From CEOs to individual contributors to consultants, we all share a common desire: to ensure that our investments of time, energy and resources yield meaningful outcomes. We aim to make a positive impact on our organisations and the people they serve. In short, we all want to create value. But in a world increasingly reliant on global companies, complex systems and rapidly advancing technology, it can be a significant challenge to identify – let alone influence – real sources of value.
